Billing & subscriptions

• Fees, billing cadence, and taxes are outlined in your order form or plan.
• Past-due invoices may lead to suspension until payment is resolved.
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Data & security

• We take reasonable measures to secure your data and maintain uptime.
• You retain ownership of your data; we process it to deliver the service.
• We may update these terms with notice; continued use means acceptance.
